Caroline Lauk
Caroline Lauk (1999, Swiss Nationality) is an incoming LLM candidate at Georgetown Law Centre. She obtained a dual master in International Business Law and Spanish legal practice (LLM, MUA) from Esade Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Business Administration (BBA) from IE University, where she was part of the team of the Jean Monnet Chair of Civil Procedure. She has volunteered in Spain and on-site in Africa. She has work experience in international arbitration practices around the globe (Wilmer Hale London, Ritch Mueller Nicolau Mexico City, Gleiss Lutz Stuttgart) where she assisted in oil and gas, construction, and energy disputes, whilst working under the ICC, DIS, ICDR and ICSID rules. Caroline’s work on arbitration and international law has been published. She is currently qualifying as a lawyer under UK and Spanish jurisdiction, as well as pursuing an LLM at Esade.

Mariona Nogueras
Mariona holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Essex and a Dual LLB in European Law from the University of Maastricht and Grado en Derecho Español from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Currently pursuing a Master's at the University of Esade, specializing in Criminal International Law.
